What you need: pipe cleaners, flower portion of a plastic flower
Wrap one end of the pipe cleaner around your finger to make a ring. Adjust to the desired height. Poke the end of a plastic flower into the end of the pipe cleaner and ta-dah you have a floral ring fit for a king! :)
