In preparation for our Valentine's Day party, we made red velvet ice cream cone cupcakes. What you need: box cake, bowl, mixer, spoon, cake cones, oven, cupcake tin (to hold cones upright so they don't tip during baking), icing & sprinkles (optional) Fill ice cream cones 2/3 full and set each one in a cupcake tin. Bake as directed on the box for "cupcakes."
