What you need: wax paper, glue, glitter, 18 q-tips, optional: marker
For Sydney, I drew lines on the wax paper so she knew where to place the Q-tips. You need 6 for the center and then two additional coming off of each of those 6 points. See pictures for better explanation. (Thanks to our friend Jill for this idea!)
*We had to let these dry for about 2 days because the glue was super wet & sticky on the wax paper and took a very long time to dry. I'm not sure if parchment paper or foil would work better?
