What you need: dish soap, room temperature milk (preferably whole), food coloring, dish (we used our Lowe's Build & Grow Science kit)
Pour milk into a dish. Squirt in a couple of colors of food dye. Add a squirt of dish soap. Observe the colors swirling. Try this experiment with cold milk and compare results. Also, try with skim or 2% and see if the results differ. We love our Build & Grow Science kit!
