Sometimes being a packrat can be a good thing. Take these mini plastic slinkies for instance. The kids never play with them and since I couldn't part with them I decided to add them to the attic pile. Of course on this same day, the kids took them from the pile; I thought it would be fun to paint with them. I gave the girls primary colors to see if we could incorporate some color mixing. Now, I need to go out and buy some large, metal slinkies!
This gaggle of girls loves art...markers, glue, paint, glitter... you name it, you might even say we're borderline obsessed! We spend many a minute creating. That being said, in this household exploring, experimenting, and discovering is essential...

Smacking Slinkies
